 Like many states, Oregon has TWO GREAT colleges in University of Oregon in Eugene and Oregon State University in Corvallis.  Jacque, aka Grandma Platypus has a number of grand children who are either OSU Beavers or U of O Ducks.

  So Jacque feels torn to support both colleges and the grand kids have taken to calling her "Grandma Platypus", thus the front of her tee shirt.

Just finished the little boy one (first one) this morning. One sold. These can be made with the child's name or "Cowboy". The "C" in Cowboy is an applique with Roy Rogers material while it lasts. If you want both "cowboy" and child's name there is an extra charge. But happy to make it to your wishes.

Celebrate Your Blessings and Cathy's Cowboy Stuff coming to the St. Paul, Oregon PRCA Rodeo on the Fourth of July. These are just some of the products Cathy and I will have to offer at our western booth at the ST PAUL PRCA Rodeo produced totally by the volunteer community in ST PAUL, OR. Most of our product is in the western decor category.  But, because I have a number of grandchildren who are not "horsey" I also carry other fabric to suit their needs.

We will have lots of home dec, onesies, dresses, crib sets,rope baskets and a jillion other baby/children items.

Shopping cart covers are special order and take two weeks plus shipping time.  One will be available at the rodeo.

Wyatt, one of my grandson's, won a dummy ropin' last month.  He sent this home with Grampa Lee for Oma to embroider his name on it.  I think he will like it.  His Mommy can now have her rope bag back.

     My grandchildren have been very busy this week.  Baseball for Tyler, dance for Isabella, Maddy learned how to ride her bicycle without her training wheels (with Daddy very, very close behind her).  She also got a good scrape on her knee from a crash.  All part of the learning process.  Kiley will be turning 8 this month.  She and little brother, RJ, are making plans to spend the summer with Oma and Grampa Lee.  Swim lessons, vacation bible school, fishing. . . the list goes on.  I am hoping to get a train ride in there too.

Hanna ropes, works cattle with her Grandpa Ed and her mom, Lanette.  She has an Aussie named Becca, two horses and loves anything to do with horses, dogs and cattle!  She has a wonderfully pleasant smile and is a fun little girl to be around.  She reminds me, a lot, of her Mom and my daughter, Whitney, when they became friends.  Anything "horsey" and they were in for it!
